We thought this would be a good place to experiment with battery life/load with the 4 solar panels on the coach roof. That didn’t turn out so good because of weather conditions, no sun to speak of.
So with the wind, rain, and cloudy weather and a cold Thursday night we decided to go back to the campground in Bozeman.
Moose Creek Campground is a good place to be for mountain/river scenery with an elevation around 5600 ft. And, we back the coach to within 50ft of the Gallatin River. Nice, but it is an off grid campground: no cell signal, no electric, water of sewer hookups. We continue to try to make a stop there over the years.
Leaving for Helena, Montana Monday.
